Beginning her solo career at just 15, she performed over 1,000 solo gigs with her guitar, captivating audiences across the UK and earning acclaim for her intimate live performances. With her ethereal voice, skilled flute playing, and dynamic dance performances, Saskia has since evolved into a trailblazer in progressive rock and psychedelic/cinematic music, creating a unique fusion of storytelling and sound.

As one half of the cinematic project Silas and Saski, Saskia creates genre-defying soundscapes, blending ethereal storytelling with progressive rock. Touring extensively, Silas and Saski have supported the legendary Ozric Tentacles. A key member of Ozric Tentacles herself, Saskia contributes as a flute player.

In 2024 alone, Saskia performed in 17 countries, including Italy, Türkiye, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Hungary, Germany, France, Ireland, Scotland, Denmark, and Sweden. During a European tour, she addressed crowds in seven languages, further showcasing her cultural connection and versatility.

Her collaborations with Gong on the psychedelic scene include unforgettable live dance performances on tracks such as ‘Master Builder’ and vocal contributions to their acclaimed album ‘Unending Ascending’.
